HOW TO USE

Bring water to a boil and place the herbs into the provided mesh bag, allowing them to steep for about 15–20 minutes to create your herbal infusion.

Before using your bath, it is important to shower, this ensures the spiritual bath is the final layer placed onto your body.

You may use this bath in two ways:

Pour-Over Method:
Pour the herbal infusion into a bucket or large container, add additional water, and slowly pour it over your body. If pregnant, the pour-over method is highly recommended.

Bath Soak:
Add the herbal infusion into your bath water and soak for at least 20 minutes.

Allow the water to air dry on your body, do not rinse off.
